Return Policy

Firearms, frames, receivers, and other serialized items may be eligible for return only on a case-by-case basis and only if the transfer has not yet occurred. Once a firearm or serialized item has been transferred to the customer, all sales are final and no returns are permitted.

If a return is approved prior to transfer, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. A restocking fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the order total will be deducted from any refund.

If a firearm is returned due to a failed background check, a transfer refusal, or issues with the receiving FFL, refunds will be issued only after the item has been returned to our possession and inspected. Any approved refund will be reduced by the ten percent (10%) restocking fee and all shipping costs incurred.

All ammunition sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted for ammunition under any circumstances.

Accessory items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Customers must first attempt to resolve defects or issues through the manufacturer’s warranty before requesting a return. Returned accessories must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment after returned items are received and inspected.
