Shipping Policy

All firearms, frames, receivers, and serialized items are shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee unless the item is legally eligible for an in-person transfer by appointment at our licensed premises. All receiving FFL licenses are verified prior to shipment.

Orders are shipped using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Carrier selection is based on the best available method considering destination, cost, and estimated delivery time. Items shipped directly from distributors may be shipped using the distributor’s chosen carrier.

Ammunition ships separately from firearms and is subject to higher shipping costs due to carrier regulations and handling requirements.

We ship products only to states where the purchased item is legal. While we make reasonable efforts to verify legality, customers are ultimately responsible for ensuring that items ordered are legal and compliant in their state and locality. Customers are responsible for all shipping and related costs associated with orders that cannot be completed due to state or local restrictions.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the receiving FFL or upon completion of an in-person transfer.
