Welcome to the Eleven26 Consulting, LLC website (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, browsing products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you should not use this website or complete a purchase.

Eleven26 Consulting, LLC is a federally licensed firearms dealer. Our Federal Firearms License (FFL) is issued by the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (BAFTE), and our FFL number is 5-73-09410. All transactions are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

All customers must be legally eligible to purchase, possess, and receive firearms, ammunition, and related items. Customers must meet all applicable age requirements, including but not limited to being at least twenty-one (21) years of age for handguns, frames, receivers, suppressors, and ammunition where required by law, and at least eighteen (18) years of age for long guns where permitted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe the transaction may violate the law or these Terms and Conditions.

All firearms, frames, receivers, and other serialized items are shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee, unless the item is legally eligible for an in-person transfer at our licensed premises by appointment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete receiving FFL information at the time of checkout. All receiving FFL licenses are verified prior to shipment.

If a receiving FFL refuses to complete a transfer, has an invalid or expired license, or is otherwise unable to process the transfer, we will contact the customer to request alternate FFL information. If the order is canceled as a result, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, and a restocking fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the order total will be deducted from any refund after return shipping costs are subtracted.

If a customer fails or is denied a background check, or if a transfer is refused by the receiving FFL, the firearm must be returned to us by that FFL. Refunds will not be issued until the item has been returned to our possession and inspected. Any approved refund will be reduced by a ten percent (10%) restocking fee and all shipping costs incurred.

Suppressors and other items regulated under the National Firearms Act are sold only in compliance with federal and state law. Sales of suppressors are blocked to jurisdictions where such items are prohibited, including California, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia. All NFA items are subject to ATF approval timelines and regulatory requirements beyond our control.

Placing an order does not constitute acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, legal compliance issues, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspected fraud.

Eleven26 Consulting, LLC is not responsible for misuse of firearms or related products, for legal consequences arising from possession or use of products sold, or for changes in federal, state, or local laws after a purchase is completed. All products are sold “as is” unless otherwise stated.
